Testimonial - Tad
A Naked Case to show off my phone. A Privacy Screen protector to keep from showing off my information or movie to the passenger in the seat next to me on the plane. Am I flaunting my new 3G? Am I a bit of an exhibitionist? With a Naked Case you might say so. Go ahead - brag about your new 3G, but don’t Flash the world with all you see on it.
What can I say - when looking for a case that has class, style and versatility I’ve found Case-Mate to be the only option. And the Naked Case is by far the best clear acryllic case on the market.

Sorry to say I can’t agree. I bought a Naked Case for the original iPhone based on a tech blog recommendation. Wanted to love it, but the inability of the membrane to be thoroughly “stuck down” to the phone’s faceplate is a huge flaw. There’s no way to chase out the bubbles, and they are a huge pain - I had to endlessly retype texts/emails because the bubbles caused errors and in one instance made my delete key stick (which, on a virtual keyboard), is really stupid. I’m moderately geeky, but to make sure I wasn’t missing something I asked several ubergeek friends and an engineer to see whether they could make the case perform better. Answer: Sadly no.
We did find two solutions. Some people have found that a cleaning with a little rubbing alcohol removes the residue causing the bubbles. The other solution was to take a very small amount of baby powder, apply it to a cotton ball, and dust the underside of the membrane. We have had no complaints on the powder solution. The alcohol solution has worked for some, and not for others.
