The Naked Case is the best thing i ever got for my 3g iPhone. Not going is the case itself is awesome in every aspect in which it protects and make the phone look so much better. The customer service was every bit excellent just like the case. There was a scratch on my case when it came but Josh from customer support quickly rush me another one. Thank you Case-mate, you guys rock.

The Privacy Screen Pro is an excellent accesory that I can safely claim as a must have.
We have had a number of calls and questions via e-mail lately from people who are receiving their Naked cases and the case appears to be scratched.
This is because we have placed a protective film over the case to keep the case from getting scratched during shipment and it is the film that has scratches. We have a sticker on the protective film which states that there is a protective film, but it looks like some people think that peeling this sticker off will remove the film.
To remove the film use your fingernail on a corner of the case. The film protects the entire front, so removing the sticker won’t help.

We’ve been alerted to the fact that a small number of people who have purchased the iPhone 3G are finding some problems with dust and foreign objects finding their way under the glass screen (not screen protector). Here’s the link on iLounge. We suggest that if you see any problem like this that you go directly back to the store you purchased your unit at since they will want to do everything they can to solve the problem.
