Due to customer feedback, we have made design changes to enhance the quality of our belt clip. Our previous belt clips had a pull strength of 22kg. Our new belt clips are 73% stronger, with a pull strength of 38kg. This meets or exceeds the standards used by other case manufacturers. All new cases manufactured by Case-mate include this new stronger belt clip.
We apologize for any issues created by our belt clips and encourage anyone who has had any problems with our belt clips to contact us immediately. We will replace your case or holster free of charge, regardless of whether you purchased it through us initially. You can email us at support@case-mate.com or call us at (866) 689-3432.
